- Executive-HR/IR Qualification & Experience : Candidate should be MLW / IRPM with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Projects
- Engineer- Civil Qualification & Experience :B.E / B.Tech – Civil with 2- 4 Years of experience in relevant or Diploma With 5-7 Years of relevant experience.
- Sr.Manager- Civil Qualification & Experience : B Tech/ BE – Civil with 10 - 15 years of experience preferably in large power plants, with exposure in BTG, TG, BOP, CIVIL infra, water system, material handling, NDCT, Chimney etc. Desired Candidate Profile Should have experience in handling thermal power projects of higher capacity and well conversant with all aspects of thermal power plant Construction, site management contract, safety QC, Planning, Regular progress reviews, compliance of statutory provisions and follow up with all contractors etc.
- Engineer- Project Planning Qualification & Experience : Candidate should be B.E Mechanical with 3-5 years of experience in Planning and monitoring of Power Project, relevant Experience in Project Planning ideally in Steam/Thermal Power plants (BHEL) .Knowledge of Power plant principles, processes & interfaces for Projects.
